Did You Know...
When damaged asphalt surfaces are removed from roadways, rather than throw it away, it gets 100% recycled. It is repurposed into grindings which we use as form of gravel. Since the tar is still present in the grindings, it makes it naturally bond, unlike loose gravel. When the surface is wet and compacted, it bonds easily - producing a semi-permanent driveway.
Recycled Asphalt is a durable and viable choice for rural driveways and commercial parking lots. It can also be used for driveway extensions, sports pads, inside horse paddocks and barns. It has excellent percolation, good bonding qualities and it is simply attractive.
